In Athens
After his studies in cooking at Le Monde, Giorgos, who is always restless and active since his first steps, has worked as an apprentice under experienced chefs of famous restaurants (Piedra, Soul Kitchen, Intercontinental etc.), obtaining a priceless experience and techniques.
In Sifnos
In December 2013, he decided to open his own restaurant in Sifnos, drimoni, where, with his mother's assistance in the kitchen and with his brother's assistance, who is a confectioner, he presents his own inspired creations.
